Drew Howard

andy thresh 2Drew Howard is a triple threat: Stand Up Comedian, member of the Charleston Improvables, and radio host on Kinetic Hifi Internet Radio. Drew made his stand up debut at the 2011 Charleston Comedy Festival Contest at Theatre 99, where he received a warm reception. From there, Drew was a regular fixture at open mics and comedy shows around the Charleston area, gaining the respect of comedy veterans such as Dave Ugly, Brian T. Shirley, and Tony Kemp. Drew has opened for Tim Kidd, Shane is Funny, Shaun Jones, Charles ‘Ice Cream’ Washington, Tracey Smith and ‘Rollin Jay Moore’.

2012 saw Drew venture into the world of online radio, joining the Kinetic Hifi family with a variety of shows. His flagship show is The Weekend Sit & Spin, a weekly news, politics, and conspiracy talk show airing on Saturday mornings. In 2014, Drew joined the Charleston Improvables, Charleston’s premiere short form improv troop, adding a new layer to his on-stage persona.

Witty, intelligent with a dash of self-deprecation is the best way to describe Drew’s style as he touches on his dating life, formative years, conspiracies, pop culture and so much more!
